Learn the theoretical principles of flow cytometry, work with panel design and take your first steps in flow cytometry data analysis. Immediately apply theory to practice in the lab.

Programma

This 3-day intensive course covers multicolor flow cytometry from theory to practice. Day 1: theory sessions on best practices, sample preparation and data analysis; practical lab on panel design. Day 2: practical lab on executing a multicolor panel and troubleshooting. Day 3: wrap-up and evaluation with data analysis and interpretation. The course is hands-on and broadens your knowledge beyond on-the-job training, combining theory with full lab workflow experience.

Target group: Future operators in production and quality control of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP). You are either working in the biomedical/pharma/biotech/(bio)chemical sector and want to expand your expertise to cell & gene therapies, or you are a recent grad (professional or academic bachelor) in biomedical lab tech, pharma tech or (bio)chemistry. No prior flow cytometry knowledge is required.
